Accounting Clerk
MAIN FUNCTIONS
-Various journal entries
- Preparation of financial statements
- General ledger analysis
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Bank reconciliation
- General ledger accounts reconciliation
- Government reports preparation (GST/QST)
-Process invoices
-Produce correspondence and reports using e-mail, fax and excel spreadsheet applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Years of experience related to the job offer :3 to 5 years experience
-Fluently bilingual essential
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
-Requires attention to detail and accuracy.
